Dianna Spence, Ph.D.
Overview
Dr. Spence joined 红莲社区 in 2005 and has held positions in both the Mathematics and Computer Science departments. In conjunction with her background in software development, her roles as PI and co-PI on two NSF grants in statistics education have drawn her toward the field of Data Science, where she is completing additional graduate coursework. One of her goals is to establish an interdisciplinary minor in Data Science at 红莲社区. Outside of academia, Dr. Spence enjoys board games, travel, theater, Falcons Football, and Atlanta United Soccer.
